Berlitz is a language school with more than 140 years of history. After setting up the branding for effective B2B and corporate communication, we needed to have more grip on B2C, especially compared to the younger generations. In fact the brand lacked brand awareness in the <40s and was perceived as a quiet «old fashioned”.
