Project: Onboarding & Logistics Reception Area – Concept & Visual Experience

Overview: Kuehne + Nagel partnered with On Running to enhance the experience of logistics staff and visitors at one of their key operational facilities. The project involved the creation of a welcoming reception and onboarding area, visually aligned with both brands’ identities, while also improving functionality and flow for internal teams and external guests.

What we did: Environmental design concept, branding integration, spatial flow planning, digital visualization, and mood-setting elements to reflect On’s sporty and modern spirit, while maintaining the operational precision of Kuehne + Nagel. We developed a realistic 3D rendering of the reception zone, incorporating branding elements, wayfinding, and natural light interaction to preview the final experience.
